HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. We will be doing Pilates exercises focused on improving strength, fluidity, balance, and flexibility, but with an intensity that generates the Hiit-effect. Great for burning calories, improving cardiovascular health, boosting metabolism and building muscle-tone.
