Hiit Pilates-Chi?

Been trying to come up with a catchy title for the work I've been introducing to some of

my personal training clients. This is full-on body conditioning and not for the faint-hearted! T'ai Chi Qigong followed by Hiit Pilates. It's a non-stop progressive, 45 minute intense but flowing form of training that has both T'ai Chi and Pilates principles at it's core. #personaltrainer #aylesbury #taichi
